COLD Is Not Dead After All
April 20, 2006COLD frontman Scooter Ward appears to have had a change of heart and has now decided against breaking up the band, despite a previous announcement to the contrary. In addition, he has also revealed that he will carry on with THE WITCH, the project he had launched with COLD drummer Sam McCandless after making the decision to put COLD to bed. In a brand new online posting, Ward said, "COLD will take a break and it's time now for THE WITCH. COLD will remain. I'm gonna continue the solo project and COLD will be back soon.
"Thank you, but tonight I had someone remind me that change in life is good. And that's what were gonna do. Welcome to the next level. This, for me, is the best of both worlds. The more music the better."
COLD's fourth album, "A Different Kind Of Pain", was released in August 2005 via Atlantic Records.
